Bloktoberfest is dedicated to providing a harassment-free festival experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, physical appearance, age, race, ethnicity, political affiliation, national origin, or religion—and not limited to these aspects. We do not tolerate any form of harassment.
Harassment includes, but is not limited to, unwelcome verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, physical appearance, age, race, ethnicity, political affiliation, national origin, or religion. Harassment also includes intimidation, stalking, unwelcome following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention. Attendees asked to stop any harassing behavior are required to comply immediately.
If an attendee engages in harassing conduct (as determined by Bloktoberfest or its designees in their sole discretion), the organizers, private security, or the Philadelphia Police may take any action they reasonably deem appropriate to address such conduct, including expulsion from the event. If you are being harassed or notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns about the conduct of any person at Bloktoberfest, please contact a Philadelphia Police Officer, private security, or a Bloktoberfest organizer immediately.
