Two ladies walk into a bakery may sound like the opening line of a joke, but that’s just how Milk + Sugar got its start. A trip to New York City in 2007 introduced us to the magic of concept bakeries and small batch sweets. Returning home inspired we began creating birthday cakes and treats for family and friends, soon realizing that our sweettooth had become a passion for baking. Hundreds of baking trials, and spilled flour later we opened the window of our food truck in July 2013. Since then we’ve added catering, and custom cake design, continuing to push ourselves and our menu to exciting new places.
